Order Processing
All orders take 2–3 business days to process before shipping. Express orders placed before 11 AM EST are shipped the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

📦 Shipping Address Guidelines
We ship to PO Boxes and international addresses via USPS.
Please ensure your shipping address includes all necessary details such as APT#, SUITE#, UNIT#, or BUILDING#. Orders with incomplete addresses may be delayed.
🔁 Returns & Refused Packages
If your order is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, we will issue a refund within 5 business days of receipt.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. A flat $10 restocking/shipping fee applies for refused packages.

We offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Exchange Guarantee from the date of delivery.
If you would like to exchange your case for a different model, color, or phone size, simply contact us.
Your replacement will be shipped within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

At CaseMuses, your satisfaction is our top priority.
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery (including return shipping time) for a full refund.
✅ Eligible Return Reasons:
- Ordered the wrong phone model or size
- Unsatisfied with the product design or quality
- Received an item different from the description
📦 Return Instructions:

- Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any duties
Lost Return Packages: If a return package is lost in transit, 20% of the item value (excluding shipping) will be refunded.
💳 Refund Processing:
- Inspection will be completed within 7 business days after receipt
- Full refund will be processed within 7 business days upon approval
